Dr Wan graduated from the National University of Singapore Faculty of Medicine in 2000. He has undergone rigorous training in various fields of medicine and is a well-rounded doctor highly competent in many aspects of medical care. He published and presented many scientific papers both locally and at international conferences. He maintains a high level of proficiency in minor surgery in his daily work.
Dr Wan also underwent accreditation by MOH in all aspects of aesthetic medicine to perform botox and filler injections, chemical peels, IPL for skin rejuvenation and hair removal, lasers for pigmentation and hair removal, as well as fractional and ablative lasers for skin resurfacing.
In 2013, Dr Wan set up RCMC Rivervale Crescent Medical Centre, a one-stop family, surgical and aesthetic GP practice in Sengkang East. This is the culmination of his multi-disciplinary medical experience which forms the foundation of his best medical practices.
In 2015, Dr Wan set up his second practice. Medivene Clinic & Surgery (MCS) is an integrated family medicine clinic, healthscreening centre and daycase surgicenter. MCS is set up with a vision to provide one-stop care in all medical disciplines in a satellite centre, providing healthcare and medical treatment of unparalleled quality and standard.
There is a state-of-the-art fully-equipped minor operating theatre to handle all minor surgeries done under local anaesthesia in the disciplines of orthopaedic and hand and general surgery. Our expertise and facilities are accredited by MOH and approved for Medisave, Medishield and Integrated Shield Plans payment for day surgery, thereby effectively and substantially reducing or even obviating any cash outlay.
He oversees operations in his clinics while selecting, training and employing good resident doctors and clinic assistants to maintain high standards and general satisfaction levels across all facilities.
